I use CorelDRAW for a lot of graphic design. While I know that CorelDRAW is not an officially supported product, the Topaz products can be identified and used as plugins, as they would be in PhotoPaint or Paintshop Pro.
CorelDRAW is a vector graphics editor developed and marketed by Corel Corporation. It is also the name of the Corel graphics suite, which includes the bitmap-image editor Corel Photo-Paint as well as other graphics-related programs (see below). The latest version is marketed as CorelDraw Graphics Suite (internally, version 24), and was released for Windows and macOS on March 8, 2022. It is designed to edit two-dimensional images such as logos and posters. Reduced-feature Standard and Essentials versions are also offered.

With a cryptic statement buried in an update to its online help files, Adobe has announced that color swatches from Pantone, a company renowned for its de-facto-standard color matching systems, will be removed from a number of Creative Suite professional design products, leaving a huge swath of its user base confused about the consequences of that decision.
Nothing will prevent a user of the affected software from creating a brand-new color swatch as a spot color, selecting a color using RGB sliders to match the printed Pantone chip. For many graphic designers, doing just that and naming it by a number from a color guide will create files that can be imaged to printing plates uneventfully.
